100% fruit juice. Whole grain cereal. God, I'm sick of eating healthy (well, let's ignore that cheeseburger I had for lunch today).
Seriously though, is there a better juice than Hawaiian Punch? I'm telling you, if you simply mix sugar, water and red food coloring together you get one tasty beverage. Fresh squeezed orange juice has nothing on a nice Hawaiian Punch.
And then there's Cap'n Crunch. Sort of like eating crunchy candy for breakfast. And it really stands up to milk! For that matter, it really stands up to my gums too. However, once they scab over and form calluses there is not a better cereal on the planet.

I'm a Frosted Flakes man, myself. Nothing like 78% sugar to get you started in the morning. In fact, I seem to recall that I, as a little tyke, would even add spoonfuls of sugar to make it even more appetizing.
Your thoughts around Hawaiian Punch made me think of McDonalds Orange drink which I think is actually Hi-C. Again, a personal favorite, but seems to always tasted better coming out of the fountains at McDonald's. Perhaps, they add spoonfuls of sugar?
When I'm in a particularly healthy mood, I'll fix myself a bowl of oatmeal. Of course oatmeal on it's own is rather bland tasting so I have to give it a little flavor. That's why I sprinkle a layer (yes, a complete layer) of Domino's Brownulated Sugar across the top. Naturally, once I have cleared the first level of oatmeal with the brown sugar layer, I have to reapply another layer of flavoring. I continue this process until all of the oatmeal has been consumed - or until the brown sugar is gone, whichever comes first.
I hope I'm not too much of a health nut!
You know, I'm actually eating more cereal these days and finding it very nostalgic. Spoonfuls of green clovers, Cap'n Crunch, and Frosted Flakes overfill my pantry. Oftentimes, it's too difficult to decide which one to choose, so I tend to mix and match in layers. Kind of like a smorgasborg of delight! I've even resorted to chasing it down with an old favorite, Mr. Krispy Kreme.
